Terms and Conditions

  1. Children below 13 years in age, elderly pilgrims of the age of 70 Years not allowed
  2. Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not be permitted to board the helicopter for safety reasons.
  3. Pilgrims are requested to report at the helipad, two hour before the notified departure time of the helicopter or at Reporting Time mentioned.
  4. If pilgrims reporting beyond theseĀ timings shall be treated as ā€œNO SHOWā€
  5. From the Panjtarni helipad to Neelgrath/Pahalgam sector, pilgrims will be boarded on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis
  6. Compulsory Health certificate and Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in time (Passport, Voter Id, driving licensee, Aadhar Card, or any other govt. approved ID etc.)
  7. If a pilgrim is unable to reach their pre-booked hotel or destination due to circumstances beyond our control, such as rail, flight, or helicopter delays, roadblocks, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, or curfews, we will assist in arranging alternatives. However, the responsibility for such disruptions lies beyond our control.
  8. In case of cancellation, our cancelation policy will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation policy ofĀ  Tour Package-Ā 

We are not responsible if you are not availing any service for which you have to paid due so whatsoever reason

  • Itinerary may change or cancel without prior notice.
  • Tour may cancel without prior notice.
  • No show, No refund
  • All arrangement will be done by Amarnath packages Agency Only
  • If due to any reason or seats Un-availability, we are unable to provide you Helicopter ticket for any Destination, in that case only standard Helicopter tickets will be refunded
  • If tour cancelled by guest between, 0-60 Days of Yatra starting dates, ā€œNo Refundā€, except helicopter ticket fare, It will be refunded as per refund receive from the helicopter operator service, otherwise no Show.
  • If tour cancelled by guest between, 60 Days- 90 Days- 40% amount of total Packages cost will be refunded, If you paid full amount of Packages.
  • If tour cancelled by guest between, 90 Days- 120 Days- 50% amount of Packages cost will be refunded, if you paid full amount of Packages.
  • Minimum Cancellation charge at any point of time 40% of the Packages cost.
  • No Cancellation, refund request will be entertained if you cancel booking once Yatra starts. Only Helicopter ticket amount will have refunded
    subject to refund from the helicopter operator.
  • All cancellation requests will be accepted in written via mail only. No WhatsApp, phone call, cancellation will be accepted.
  • Extra point may be added without prior notice.

If Helicopter Tickets Cancel-

  1. In case of Helicopter cancel due to bad weather/ service issue, pilgrims not able to avail helicopter services, in this case pilgrims will cancel helicopter ticket from the helipad counter and all passengers have to collect the refund amount of cancelled Helicopter Tickets directly from the counter by aviation agency only, and/or make a stamp on cancelled tickets by aviation agency and send mail of the copy to aviation agency. Amarnath Packages will not be responsible in case the travellers does not get the refund from the aviation services.
  2. Passengers are required to email us the original cancelled copies of their helicopter tickets within the specified time limit to process the cancellation.Ā  All refunds will be preceded by aviation agency, after 60 -90 days of the scheduled Amaranth Tour.
  3. In case of any kind of delay in refund / Non-Payment by the aviation agency or Shri amarnathji shrine board, our company will not be liable for the same.
  4. Ā Clients may directly contact the aviation agency responsible for the helicopter service to initiate the refund process.
  5. To claim the refund, we would require the original Cancelled Tickets with stamp and sign
  6. For cancellations, you are required to ensure that your helicopter tickets are stamped with a compulsory cancellation stamp and properly signed before submitting them for refunds or cancellations. No refund request will be accepted if tickets are submitted without Stamping.
